These terms apply to your use of the Allure Jewelry & Watches website and purchases from our store at Bell Works, Suite 1102, 101 Crawfords Corner Road, Holmdel, NJ 07733. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Prices and availability

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Items are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or decline an order.

Pricing errors

If an item is listed at the wrong price because of a clear error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, or contact you to confirm the correct price.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase on eligible items in original condition. See our full Return Policy at allurejewelryandwatches.com/return-policy.

Custom orders and repairs

Custom-made, special-order, and resized items are final sale. Repair and custom work is quoted before we begin, and the quote must be approved before work starts. Items left for repair more than 90 days after we notify you that they are ready may be subject to storage fees.

All brand names, logos, and trademarks shown on this site, including Movado, Tissot, Hamilton, Mido, Bulova, and Citizen, belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with the brands unless stated, and use of their names does not imply endorsement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
